This rural home is located on an elevated site with views down the Tamar river.
It boasts a great northerly orientation with expansive views from the living area and all bedrooms.
Exterior
Timber, metal cladding and stonework all come together to create an interesting and robust exterior material palette. There is lots of detailing in the cladding finishes including internal to external stonework detail.
Interior
The open plan living area features a polished concrete floor and raked ceiling with large sliding doors leading out to the views and the outdoor areas.

The colour palette is light and provides the perfect backdrop for the myriad pot plants on display.
